Butterfield Brawl 10K (Trail Race)
This race builds upon the Blackridge 5k offering runners a few challenging climbs to the summit. What goes up must come down! There is an equal amount of descent as there is accent. The terrain is moderately technical, and is run on a double wide trail with adequate room for passing and navigating the rocks and roots. This is a very fun course with fast descents all the way to the finish. Aid stations stocked with water and sports drink at miles 1.5. 3 and 4.5. A “must have” race shirt and finisher medals are waiting for you to hang around your neck at the finish line! Cowboy up and register today!

This race is the second of three races in the Herriman Wild West Trail Series. Be sure to check out the other races in the series. Shootout at Blackridge 5K on May 20th and the Herriman Hold Em Half on August 19th.

Awards/prizes go to the top 3 overall and age group winners.

Bryce 50m, 50k, and Half
his scenic, mountain course runs along the western edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau, offering spectacular views above and below the hoodoos. The race is run at high elevation, with most of the miles on this rugged course between 8,000 – 9,000 ft.

The 50 mile course will start on Saturday morning and will be run in reverse direction. Shuttles will load at 4:30am and depart at 4:45am and the race starting at 6am. The starting line is near the Crawford Pass aid station, 1/2 mile back, to allow for runners to spread out before hitting the singletrack and to ensure that they get the full 50 miles in.

The 50K course starts at the boat ramp area of Tropic Reservoir, near King's Creek campground. Runners will be shuttled here from Ruby's Inn. Shuttles will load at 7:30am and the race will begin at 8:30am.

The Half Marathon course is absolutely beautiful but very challenging. Shuttles for the Half Marathon will pick runners up at Ruby's Inn at 9:30 AM. The race starts at 10:00 AM at the entrance to Red Canyon campground and takes the Golden Wall loop, which returns to the main canyon after about 4.5 miles.

Call's Fort Triathlon
Call's Fort Sprint Triathlon and Pancake Breakfast:
The 750-meter, open-water swim is in a shallow (3' to 6' deep) waterski lake. No waves, usually warm enough to not need a wetsuit, and you can stand up at almost any spot to rest if you need to. The 20 Km bike ride is an out-and-back on country roads with light traffic. The run segment is at the lake on a groomed dirt/sand track. A quick dive back into the lake when you're finished is a refreshing way to conclude your triathlon. Then enjoy some post-event refreshments, including a pancake breakfast! There will also be a mini-triathlon for the youngsters following the Sprint.

Millie’s Princess Foundation Run
We are thrilled to announce this year’s Millie’s Princess Run at Daybreak on June 17, 2017. We hope you will join us for a day of family friendly fun! As in year’s past, we will have the 2 and 5 K run, bounce houses, face painting, water walkers, a climbing wall, food trucks and much more. This year’s royalty are two amazing cancer fighters- Mazy and Simon.

Mazy is two and a half years old. She was diagnosed with High Risk B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in February of this year. Mazy has three brothers- Carver, Blaze and Crew. Her little brother Crew was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome in November of last year. He only lived thirteen days, but made a huge impact on everyone who knew him. Mazy’s family has had a rough year. We are looking forward to showing them how loved and supported they are at this year’s run.

In January of this year, four year old Simon started complaining of leg pain. His family was initially told that he had arthritis, but further testing showed a tumor in his abdomen. Simon was diagnosed with Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma in February of 2017. He will have multiple rounds of chemotherapy, surgery to remove the tumor, and then more chemotherapy. Simon’s little sister, Meg has a rare metabolic disease called Ornathine Transcarbamylase Deficiency. We are looking forward to having him as our prince this year and supporting their family.

Father's Day 5K (VIRTUAL)
Join us for our fourth annual FATHER’S DAY 5K virtual race! It’s time to celebrate your World’s Best Dad! We will also be donating at least 15% of each registration to Team Hoyt, which works to build the individual character, confidence and self-esteem of America’s disabled and physically challenged young people through inclusion in all facets of daily life.In the spring of 1977, Rick Hoyt told his father, Dick Hoyt, that he wanted to participate in a 5-mile benefit run for a lacrosse player who had been paralyzed in an accident. Far from being a long-distance runner, Dick agreed to push Rick in his wheelchair and they finished all 5 miles, coming in next to last. That night, Rick told his father, “Dad, when I’m running, it feels like I’m not handicapped.”

Daybreak Triathlon 2017
In 2011 we introduced a new point-to-point swim course and our athletes loved it! The Daybreak Tri offers triathletes an epic urban open water swim close to home. The swim takes place in Oquirrh Lake at Daybreak and offers a fast swim-to-bike transition. The bike course starts in Daybreak and goes past the Kennecott Copper mine and back. The run will take place inside of Daybreak on the fantastic trail systems that circles the lake. This race completely sold out in it\'s first year, 2009, and became an instant classic in the Utah Triathlon scene.

Vernal DinoTri 2017
The Vernal DinoTri starts in the gorgeous Red Fleet State park for one of the most incredible swims you will ever have, surrounded by the red cliffs one sees while at Lake Powell. A crazy hill climb greets bikers out of the park followed by the fastest 11 miles in triathlon road cycling imaginable. Finish with a flat run course that takes you through the new Main Street area of Vernal to one of the most family friendly finishes ever. Add it all up and you can see why critics call this one of Utah's best events.

Two courses, Sprint and Olympic. The swim for Olympic is two laps and the sprint is one lap 1500 an d 750 meters. Both bikes follow the same route for about 8 miles, with the Olympic course taking a 13 mile detour up the beautiful Dry Fork Canyon before coming back to transition at Aggie Boulevard. The Olympic bike is 24 miles an d the spri t bike is 13 miles. Both runs are on main street and Aggie Boulevard, the Olympic course takes two laps of the run course for a 10k and the Sprint is a 5k. This is a point to point race that leaves you with a smile on your face. Trust me on that one.
