Hoodie-Hoo 5K (VIRTUAL RACE)
Okay People! Have you ever heard of Hoodie-Hoo Day? It’s celebrated on February 20th.

On this winter day, people go out at noon, wave their hands over their heads and chant “Hoodie-Hoo”.

It is a day to chase away winter blahs, and bring in spring. People are sick and tired of winter at this point and a little crazy being cooped up inside all winter and not seeing the sun.

We are celebrating this year with a Hoodie Hoo 5K! When you complete your race be sure to wave your hands and chant “Hoodie-Hoo” to help us chase away winter!

Wild Goose Chase 10k and 5k
We are excited to invite you to our annual "Wild Goose Chase" race! Each year people have the opportunity to register for either a 5K walk/run or a 10K run. We also do a Kids Fun Run where children can join the fun. Each course allows participants to get some fresh air, race for prizes, and enjoy the festivities while observing one of the most spectacular events in Utah - the annual migration of the Lesser Snow Geese. As joggers pace themselves around Gunnison Bend Reservoir they will be able to watch literally thousands of snow geese on the water and in the fields surrounding the Delta Area. Make sure to bring your camera!

Each year we have a professional event organizer arrange for tracking all race results so that you can know exactly how you did. So check back after this year's event to see the results!

Sand Hollow Marathon and Half
The Sand Hollow Marathon will run on March 11th, 2017. If you have not yet run this course, then you're in for a treat! Our newly developed course, starting and finishing in the beautiful, small town of Hurricane, Utah loops around Sand Hollow State Park and Reservoir. It is only twenty minutes from St. George, thirty minutes from Zion National Park, and just two hours from Vegas by car. This will be the Sixth Annual Sand Hollow Marathon, and as always, our goal is to provide the perfect venue. We believe we have the most scenic course of all; making this is a great race with a small town atmosphere. The scenery is fantastic, the volunteers are great, and our sponsors make it happen. We have listened to the advice of our runners and continue to improve and grow this popular event.

Come see why many athletes choose to run in Southern Utah. We are known for warm weather that gives all of our northern Utah runners a great excuse to make the trip to St. George. We hope to see you soon!

Rex Lee Run for a Cure 5k/10k
The Rex Lee Run Against Cancer is a strong annual tradition at BYU. The run was organized in 1996 in honor of BYU President Rex E. Lee who passed away that year as a result of cancer. Now in its 20th year, the run continues to be put on by the BYU Cancer Awareness Group, a student club of those who are interested in raising public awareness about cancer, assisting those who are dealing with this illness, and seeking cures for this disease by raising money for cancer research. The run provides not only an opportunity to recognize the cancer fighters in our own lives, but presents an opportunity to support cancer research in our own community. All proceeds go to fund cancer research fellowships at the BYU Cancer Research Center.

In addition to the run, there will also be a cancer awareness festival with games and prizes, food, and music during and after the race.
