This race is located near Liberty. But the liberation only begins there and will continue for the next 26.2 miles as you take one step at a time up the punishing, unforgiving, and ridiculously beautiful trail. You’ll ride the pain and exhilaration like a sadistic roller coaster all the way across the Ben Lomond Trail, up and over a highpoint of 8,743 feet, then down into the Eden Valley, before hitting the homestretch along the shimmering shores of Pineview Reservoir. All told, it’s nearly a mile each of vertical ascent and descent.

Imagine this: No crowds cheering for you, no rock bands, no aid stations every two miles (though we do manage to get four in there for you), no pre-race expo, no support vehicles, no whiners. Just ankle-busting trails, snakes, a moose or two and brutal terrain. Sound like heaven? We agree.

Awaken your inner Tri-athlete! Mini-Sprint distances: 400 meter swim, 5 mile bike, 1 mile run. Triathlon distances: quarter mile swim, 12.5 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. All three sections will begin and end at the Richfield City Pool.

Location: Canyon View Park. 1 mile, 5k, 10k. Prizes for top female and male in each category. T-shirts and goodie bags.

This is a fundraising race. All the money will go to the Mapleton Parkway Trail. This is so a running trail can be put through Mapleton along parts of the old canal road. There will be a party after with ice cream, drinks, food, etc... We will be supplying some glow in the dark lights. Extras can be bought or you can bring some yourself. Lighted costumes are encouarged. Awards will be given for best lighted costume. We also picked this night because it is going to be a full moon so it will be easier to see.

The start of the Top of Utah Half Marathon is at the Hyrum Electrical Plant up Blacksmith Fork and it finishes at the Providence Zollinger Park. The half marathon course starts at around mile 7 on the Top of Utah Marathon course and follows the Top of Utah Marathon course to mile 20. It's a great training run for the Top of Utah Marathon and for the St. George Marathon.

Run or walk along the spectacular Bryce Canyon Rim. Ruby's Inn, Bryce. The race begins at 9:00 am and is one of Utah's most scenic races. 5 mile trail run/walk overlooks Bryce Canyon and winds through forests of ponderosa pine. The Course is gently rolling with an elevation of approx. 7,600 ft. Race starts at Ruby's Inn, Bryce Canyon, UT.

The Weber Human Services Prevention Department is excited to announce the 2nd Annual 2010 Family Fitness Day held in Ogden, Utah! We are having a 5k fun run and a 1.5 mile walk, a community breakfast, post-event massages, live entertainment, booths and games! All the proceeds from this event will benefit Weber County Substance Abuse Prevention programs.

The race will begin at the MTC Learning Park in Ogden, follow the parkway along the river and back through Big D sports park to finish at the MTC learning park.

WHAT IS THE CEDAR EXPRESS 31 MILE RELAY RACE?
This event promotes active and healthy lifestyles. The race starts 7AM. Most teams finish between 11 AM-1 PM. Total distance is 31 miles. The course follows scenic Cedar City the entire way, displaying all the angles Cedar City has to offer from small neighborhoods and parks, to mountains, Dikes & bridges. Other popular relays have longer mileage & more legs. Our goal in organizing this "Express" type distance relay is to create an awesome running experience at an easier, shorter achievable level, while still challenging you. And hey to all you running maniacs... feel free to have less than 5 on a team and run more than 2 legs!

Our First Annual Cornfest Fun Run starts at Enterprise High School and ends at the City Park Pavilion. There will be a 5K run/walk, and a 1K kids run. Then stick around and enjoy the Cornfest!! Find registration forms on the Enterprise City Website.

The 5k will take place in Farr West near the Remuda Golf Course on Saturday, August 28th. It will start at the Bowery behind the LDS Church at 3280 North 2575 West that is on North Plain City Rd. Registration will begin at 6:30 a.m. and the race will begin at 7:30 a.m. Registration cost will be $10.00 per person. Every Applicant will receive a free month membership to Gold's Gym and prizes have been donated for the first male and first female runner to cross the finish line provided by Gold's Gym. Any donations are also welcome and can either be made at the registration table or at any Wells Fargo in the Memorial Account for Mark Willson.

Race begins and ends at Huntsville City Park. Relatively flat course. 5K starts at 8:15.
