Deseret Sharks Tri Club Swim Clinic
The Desert Sharks Triathlon Club is proud to present the 6th Annual Indoor Swim Clinic. This is a swimming clinic for all skill levels. It will be taught by experienced coaches and triathletes, but the techniques learned will be useful for everyone from recreational swimmers to experienced triathletes.

Lake to Lake Team Relay
Course: A 50-mile team relay from Gunlock Reservoir to Sand Hollow Reservoir. The running route will take runners through scenic landscapes of Southern Utah along city trail systems and back roads. Post relay events will consist of a full lunch buffet and an award ceremony.
Teams: Teams will consist of 5 people (Open Men, Open Women and Mixed) with each individual completing a minimum of two legs (roughly 5 miles each) of the relay. For the mixed division you need at least 2 women on your team!
Pre registration is accepted until Friday, Febuary 26th. Late registration accepted until March 3rd with an additional $10 late fee. NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION all checks can be made out to St. George Races, and mailed to 285 E. 400 S., St. George, UT 84770.

Addition Race Information
Cost: Cost is $15.00 for the 5K run and $20.00 for the 10K run on or before 3/12/10. It is an additional $5.00 to register on the day of the race (7:00A.M. - 8:40A.M).
If you register online and wish to pick up your bib and t-shirt the same day, please print out a copy of your confirmation email to show the volunteers working at the bib and t-shirt pickup station. Our lists are updated every night and will not have your name on it if you register online or at the Wilkinson Center Info Desk the same day.
Day-of Registration: If you are planning on registering the day of the race, please note that registration is ONLY open from 7am to 8:40am. We will shut registration down promptly at at 8:40am to allow time to get everyone ready. If you come after this time, we can get you a T-shirt and a bib to run, but you will not receive a timing chip. Please plan accordingly.
Pre-race registration ends on Friday, March 12, at 6:00pm.

The St. George Leisure Service's Spectrum 10K, sponsored by The Spectrum, in conjunction with Snow Canyon State Park, offers a beautiful, scenic run beginning near the top of the park. The course winds through the vibrant scenery of the park and out through the negiborhoods of Ivins, to finish at the city park in the town of Ivins. TRANSPORTATION NOTE** Runners MUST ride the bus from the finish line area at Ivins City Park in Ivins to race start.

Running of the Leopards 5K
East High School and the PTSA welcome all fitness enthusiasts to participate in the second annual Running of the Leopards 5K on Saturday March 27, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. The race is a USATF certified course as well as a Utah USA circuit race. The course is designed for speed and will appeal to all levels of runners and walkers.
Over the past few years the students, faculty, staff and community of East High School have focused on becoming more physically fit. It all started when our new principal pledged to lose 100 pounds by graduation in 2008 (he did it!) and has continued with pedometers, fun runs, and our inaugural Running of the Leopards 5K last year.
Last year's race attracted over 700 registrants - elite runners, students, families, and the community. We invite all to participate in this year's community event. Set your alarm early on March 27. Race time is 8:30 a.m. Lace up your shoes and Run With the Leopards!!!

Strides for Autism
The race will be held Saturday, March 27th at 9am at the Pointe Meadows Library in Lehi, UT (2151 N. Point Meadow Drive - just off I-15's 1200 West exit in Lehi). To preregister for this event sign up at www.runnercard.com under road races and look for the Strides for Autism race. Preregistration will be closed on Monday, March 22nd. After that you will be able to register on race day from 8-8:45am with a slightly higher cost per participant - so register early!! There will be lots of information there on Autism along with a lot of cool sponsors, food, fun, t-shirts, and great prizes.

10th Annual Goldenwest 5K For Schools
The Goldenwest 5K For Schools continues to be one of the largest charitable 5K races in the state. Goldenwest Credit has donated more than $300,000 to schools over the last several years through this annual event.
Participants may choose to have their registration fees donated to one of the nine schools participating in the event, or to the Weber Schools Foundation.
Addition Race Information
The 2010 Goldenwest 5K is scheduled for March 27th at 8:30 a.m., with the start line and finish line located at the Goldenwest Corporate Office (5025 South Adams Avenue in South Ogden).
To participate, you will need to register at one of the nine participating schools or Weber School District office, at any Goldenwest Credit Union location in Weber County, or online at the Goldenwest Credit Union website (below).
