Starts in the parking lot on the north end of Smiths in N Ogden, goes through the neighborhood behind Smiths up to Fruitland, back through the neighborhood, and down 2600 N finishing where we started. There is a little up hill but totally worth it.

Running Relays are perfect for endurance loving outdoors enthusiasts. Unlike traditional 5k to Marathon distance running races, the relay experience provides access to uncharted running locations and a unique camaraderie among team members. There is something exhilarating about being with your team and running for hours under all times of day, sunrise, sunset, and starry skies. The Red Rock Relay provides a spectacular running setting while fostering team unity and creativity. If your team isn’t good friends when you start you can be sure by the finish line you’ll have made some running buddies for life. Awards will be given based on time, but also best vehicle decoration and team costumes. It’s a way of saying, “Hey we dig you if you’re fast, but also if you’re fun!”

Each team consists of either 6 runners and one vehicles or 3 runners and under (ultra team) and one vehicle. Drivers and pacers must follow all traffic rules. Each runner runs 2 separate legs. There are 12 legs total and the legs range from 3 to 8 miles.

Teams will follow the Colorado River, climb into the La Sal Mountain range, and sprint to the finish back in Moab. Registration is capped at 300 teams

All Proceeds to Directly Benefit the Chromosome 18 Registry and Research Society in honor of Deak Howe.

The Pleasant Grove Vikettes are hosting the first annual Viking 5k Fun Run. It's to help promote living a healthy lifestyle. We would love to see all Viking's past, present, and future come out and run! Proceeds will benefit Pleasant Grove High School.

The Lehi High School Marching Band has been invited to represent the State of Utah at the 2012 National Independence Day Parade in Washington, DC. We are hosting a 5K Race on May 12, 2012 to earn money to cover travel expenses and equipment.

From the producers of races like the Layton Marathon, the Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon and the Santa Run comes a new race for 2012 called the River Rail Relay. This 50 Mile 4 or 2 person relay starts at Gardner Village in South Jordan and Finishes close to Ogden and goes along the Jordan River Trail System, Legacy Trail System and Rio Grande Trail System. All runners will be given hydration belts from Proform and Nordic Track to run with and aid stations will be at each exchange of the relay.

This is our second annual 5K Run/Walk to push start our Healthy Kids Day Fair. This run is to help all of you gear up for the Ogden Marathon the following week and to help us raise money and awareness of the YMCA here in Utah!

Utah 4-H celebrates 100 years of youth pledging their head, heart, hands and HEALTH in this family-focused 5K run/walk event in beautiful Fort Beunaventura. Proceeds support the Weber County 4-H program.

It'll be a wild ride--run with your best friend, your mom, your daughter, or new friends through the intense, gorgeous landscape of the outlaw heroines' journey. The inaugural Thelma & Lousie Half Marathon will inspire, challenge...and give back. Proceeds go to two organizations that support women and girls: Girls on the Run and Seekhaven Family Crisis Center.

This event is a fundraiser for Liberty Academy in Salem. All proceeds will support our school.
Online registration is only $10. Registration for a immediate family of 5 is only $45.

Day of the race, registration is $15. Family registration is $60. T-shirt is not guaranteed.

The walk goes through the beautiful Rose Park community and the 5K shows you more of our beautiful community as well as the Jordan river. Stay for the festival after the run/walk and enjoy food, games and entertainment!

This is a kid-friendly event - joggers, scooters and children's bikes are allowed on the course.

Begins in Blanding, Utah (elevation 6088) and proceeds south on US Highway 191 to Bluff, Utah (elevation 4440.) This will be a small town race with all the features of a large event including chip timing, tech running shirt, finishers medal, well-supplied aid stations, awards, post race gifts and food, etc. Please note that the course will be open to traffic as required by UDOT; runners will utilize the 8 foot wide shoulder of the highway. Traffic is relatively light and will be managed by law enforcement and prominent signing alerting motorists of the event.

We are just a short distance from Monument Valley, Lake Powell and the Four Corners for pre and post race excursions. Give us a try! We are confident that you'll be very glad you did.
