Description of Race Events

There will be more than just the race going on at this years Battle at Midway weekend. Join us for a festival like atmosphere as we fill the weekend with activities for the competitors, kids and spectators. Events planned include: Packet pickup and event expo, Kid's Fun Run, 10K Trail Run & 5K Fun Run/Walk, BAM Tri & BAM Lite, BAM-X Off-Road Duathlon, awards ceremonies, prize giveaways and much, much more.
Kids 3/4 mile race on Friday at 5:00 pm.
Duathlon Friday at 5:30 pm.
Triathlon (first wave) starts at 8:00 am on Saturday.
10K and 5K on Saturday at 6:00 pm.

From Salt Lake City: take I-80 East to Silver Creek Junction (exit 146). Go east on U.S. 40 past Jordanelle Reservoir toward Heber City. Take right turn on State Road 113 (100 South) to Midway. Take a left on 113 in Midway, and travel two miles. Turn right just before the railroad tracks and follow signs to Soldier Hollow. Located in Wasatch Mountain State Park, Soldier Hollow is about 53 miles from downtown Salt Lake City.
From Park City: Take State Road 248 East to U.S. 40 to Heber City and then follow U.S. 40 to Highway 189. Take 189 to State Road 113, turn right onto State Road 113. Follow 113 until right after railroad tracks, turn left and follow signs to Soldier Hollow. Located in Wasatch Mountain State Park.
From Provo: Take I-15 South to the Orem 8th north exit to US 189 drive east through Provo Canyon until you reach State Road 113. Turn left onto State Road 113, follow 113 until right after railroad tracks, turn left and follow signs to Soldier Hollow. Located in Wasatch Mountain State Park.
