Description of Race Events

Come join us for the Salt Lake City Pride Day 5K in conjunction with the 2011 Utah Pride Festival. Runners, joggers and walkers of all stripes are invited to participate. The 5K course will take runners past Salt Lake's beautiful Capitol building, City Creek Canyon and finishing in Memory Grove. Bring the dogs, bring the kids & strollers...heck, bring your grandmother! It's sure to be a fun time for all!

Are you a true Salt Lake City Pride Day 5K supporter? Register for the "Super Pride Strider" category where a portion of your race registration fee will go directly to the Utah Pride Center's Student Scholarship Program to award Utah students with higher-education scholarships. Super Pride Strider registrants receive complimentary Utah Pride Festival entrance tickets, a special Super Pride Strider t-shirt and entrance to the UPF Club Member Garden.
